2019-07-17kernel/barebox/u-boot: Fix COMPATIBLE_MACHINE expressionsNorbert Wesp
COMPATIBLE_MACHINE is matched as regular expression. Thus phyflex-imx6-1 matches phyflex-imx6-1 but also phyflex-imx6-11, phyflex-imx6-12 and so forth. In kernel, barebox and u-boot recipes we only want to match the exact machine. Surround the COMPATIBLE_MACHINE expressions with '^(' at the beginning and with ')$' at the end to achieve this. 2019-04-09scripts: switch_machine: Fallback to UNASSIGNED for emtpy build listWadim Egorov
Yocto builds that do not support any builds by "SUPPORTEDIMAGE" will throw the following error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "./sources/meta-phytec/scripts/switch_machine.py", line 103, in <module> main() File "./sources/meta-phytec/scripts/switch_machine.py", line 98, in main if not bsp.switch_machine(args.machine, args.distro): File "./sources/meta-phytec/scripts/switch_machine.py", line 27, in switch_machine min_len_machines = min(len(build[0]) for build in builds) ValueError: min() arg is an empty sequence Instead of crashing it is better to do nothing and keep the machine as "UNASSIGNED". Maybe this can be handled properly by the phylib.py with a dummy supported_build that gets selected if we have no builds at all. 2019-03-07recipes-bsp: barebox-targettools: Remove Wl prefix from LDFLAGSStefan Riedmueller
The LDFLAGS variable already contains the Wl prefix for the linkerflags so we need to drop the Wl prefix in the recipe. Besides, the current Wl prefix would only work for a single linker flag anyway. 2019-03-07barebox.inc: Fix build of barebox-targettoolsStefan Riedmueller
Commit 0fa74db71bbf ("barebox.inc: fix build with binutils 2.28") overwrites LDFLAGS globally in the barebox recipes. So when building the barebox-targettools this leads to a "--no-dynamic-linker" linker flag. This makes sense for the barebox but not for the targettools as they run in linux. So move the setting of LDFLAGS from a recipe global context to the do_compile function. This way it is still available during barebox build but does not interfere the barebox-targettools build. Signed-off-by: Stefan Riedmueller <s.riedmueller@phytec.de> Signed-off-by: Stefan Müller-Klieser <s.mueller-klieser@phytec.de>

2019-01-29kconfig.bbclass: fix file origin for .cfg filesStefan Müller-Klieser
When we inject files into the build, we need to stick to the yocto workflow. Files used in SRC_URI get copied to the WORKDIR. 2018-12-10machine: rk3288: Use yogurt-wayland DISTROWadim Egorov
A previous commit added a yogurt-vendor DISTRO. This was added because we worked on a vendor based release that was never finalized. It is missing the actual vendor kernel and needs some updates for gstreamer-rockchip, rockchip-mpp and drm recipes. Drop the yogurt-vendor DISTRO and use yogurt-wayland instead which is the default DISTRO for our mainline rockchip BSP. 2018-09-07scripts: fsl-setup-release: remove Qt5 from BBMASKMartin Schwan

2018-09-07scripts: fsl-setup-release: add BBMASK for optee-osChristian Hemp
The anonymous python class is always executed. Therefore the optee-os recipe from the fsl-bsp-release layer must be added to the BBMASK list. If this is not done, the BSP will not build. 2018-09-07dynamic: fsl-bsp-release: security: Add optee-os recipeChristian Hemp
The optee-os-imx_git recipe is a copy of the fsl-bsp-release layer and the phyBOARD-Polaris. This is necessary because NXP uses an anonymous Python class in the optee-os recipe. There is no way to overwrite them. But we have to add our machine otherwise the BSP will not build. 2018-08-02phyboard-mira-imx6-11: use machine as sdk and tools hook2.4.3-phy4Stefan Müller-Klieser
We want to store a Kit SDK and the hosttools not for every machine. In case of the Kit can live with the imperfections of one SDK for all machines. Note that, as soon as we need two different SDKs in one single BSP release, we might need to adapt the SDK deploy path from yocto, to not create a lot of weird dependencies in the build tool. 2018-08-02scripts: phylib: change manifest supported_builds delimiterStefan Müller-Klieser
This changes the delimiter to ',' which is the same as the one used in the machines.conf. Firstly this unifies the delimiter usage and secondly it allows to use spaces in the manifest which will enable usage of different build commands. Please note that this is an internal API change. If the phylib has been used correctly by any script, this will not affect any users. Signed-off-by: Stefan Müller-Klieser <s.mueller-klieser@phytec.de>
2018-07-27scripts: phylib.py: Sort list of supported_buildsNorbert Wesp
Right now we get a list with more than 50 machines, which is not sorted alphabetically, if we start the phyLinux script like: ./phyLinux init --dev -p master It could be easier to find a machine within the list, if the list is sorted. To be independent of using a manifest file or not, the sort function has to be called in the function 'release_fallback' and 'set_manifest'. Only one of these two functions will create a list, so we have to add a sort in both functions.
